<p>Cara-cara:</p>

<p class="has-regular-font-size">Tinggal beberapa hari sahaja lagi untuk kaum Cina merayakan Tahun Baru Cina. Apa yang istimewa, di Malaysia perayaan ini disambut oleh semua lapisan masyarakat tanpa mengira bangsa.</p>



<p class="has-regular-font-size">Keunikan negara yang kaya dengan pelbagai budaya sering menjadi tarikan orang luar. Ini termasuklah dengan kepelbagaian makanan. Salah satu resepi yang terkenal dalam masyarakat Cina adalah ikan stim teochew.</p>



<p class="has-regular-font-size">Tak kisah anda ingin menggunakan apa jenis ikan sekalipun, yang penting ikannya perlu segar! Contohnya ikan kerapu, tilapia, jenahak atau siakap. Di Malaysia dan Singapura, tukang masak kebiasaannya lebih gemar menggunakan ikan bawal untuk resepi ini.</p>

<ul class="has-regular-font-size wp-block-list"><li>1 ekor ikan bawal (dibersihkan dan dibuang tulang)</li><li>1 biji tauhu putih (potong dadu)</li><li>3 tangkai daun ketumbar (hiris nipis)</li><li>2 biji cendawan shiitake (hiris)</li><li>1/2 biji tomato (hiris)</li><li>2/3 biji jeruk plum kering</li><li>2 inci halia (hiris nipis)</li><li>2 ulas bawang putih (cincang)</li><li>1 sudu besar kicap cair</li><li>1 sudu besar minyak bijan</li><li>1 sudu teh air jeruk asam masin</li><li>Garam dan gula secukup rasa</li></ul>



<p class="has-regular-font-size"><strong>Cara-cara:</strong></p>



<ol class="has-regular-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Belah ikan di bahagian perut, tapi jangan sampai terputus dua. Letak ikan dalam pinggan.</li><li>Sapukan garam dan gula secukup rasa pada permukaan luar ikan</li><li>Campurkan kesemua bahan hirisan pada permukaan ikan.</li><li>Letakkan tauhu dan jeruk plum.</li><li>Campurkan kicap cair, air jeruk asam masin dan minyak bijan, kemudian tuang di atas ikan.</li><li>Sediakan air didihan untuk stim ikan. Apabila air sudah panas dan berwap, stim selama 15 minit.</li><li>Setelah siap, hiaskan dengan hirisan daun ketumbar dan hidangkan bersama nasi panas.</li></ol>

<p>Setelah seminggu menjalani kuarantin kendiri sejurus pulang dari mengerjakan ibadah umrah, pelakon dan pengacara Zulin Aziz kini bebas dari COVID-19.</p>



<p>Sepanjang tempoh kuarantinnya seminggu lalu, Zulin atau nama sebenarnya Farah Azleenda Abdul Aziz telah berkongsikan beberapa resepi yang tampak menyelerakan di laman Instagram miliknya.</p>



<p>Salah satunya adalah sambal jawa. Sambal jawa ini dikira sebagai salah satu resepi yang mudahlah, main campak-campak je. Jadi jom cuba resepi sambal jawa Zulin Aziz di bawah:</p>

<p><strong>Cara-cara:</strong></p>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>Masukkan semua bahan dalam periuk, kemudian masukkan air.</li><li>Reneh menggunakan api yang sederhana sehingga daging menjadi lembut dan empuk.</li><li>Masukkan garam/serbuk perasa dan gula, kemudian kacau perlahan.</li><li>Masukkan cili padi. <p>Mungkin segelintir daripada anda pernah membeli lokching yang dijual oleh peniaga-peniaga di kawasan luar sekolah suatu ketika dahulu.</p>



<p>Lokching ini sesuai dijadikan hidangan minum petang dan juga sebagai snek buat kanak-kanak kerana teksturnya yang lembut.</p>



<p>Sekarang mudah saja nak dapatkan lokching memandangkan terdapat peniaga yang menjual lokching sejuk beku. Malah anda juga boleh mencuba resepi lokching &#8216;homemade&#8217; oleh <a href="https://resepibonda.my/resepi-lockching-atau-satay-ikan-thai/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Resepi Bonda</a> yang MissMynah kongsikan di bawah.</p>

<p><strong>Cara-cara:</strong></p>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>Kisarkan isi ikan bersama bawang besar hingga lumat.</li><li>Tuangkan ke dalam mangkuk dan gaulkan bersama tepung kanji, garam dan soda bikarbonat hingga sebati.</li><li>Kemudian bulat-bulatkan adunan menjadi bebola kecil dan penyetkan sedikit.</li><li>Panaskan minyak dan goreng seketika. Kemudian, Cucukkan pada lidi dan bakar hingga lokching masak sepenuhnya.</li></ol>

<p>Biasanya kita akan makan nasi impit dengan rendang, kuah lodeh atau kuah kacang kan? Tetapi lain pula hidangan lontong goreng yang sering menjadi menu utama ketika perayaan hari raya Aidilfitri di negeri Johor.</p>



<p>Sekiranya ada lebihan nasi impit, jangan dibuang terus, anda tukar sahaja menu kepada lontong goreng. Mudah saja resepi lontong goreng ni, macam kita goreng nasi atau mi seperti biasa.</p>



<p>Kalau dah pandai masak sendiri, dah tak perlulah tunggu raya baru nak merasa lontong goreng Johor ni kan. Anda masak sendiri sahaja di rumah.</p>



<p>Jom lihat resepi yang MissMynah kongsikan di bawah:</p>



<p><strong>Bahan-bahan:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>900 gram nasi impit/ketupat segera (direbus)</li><li>1 biji bawang besar (dikisar)</li><li>4 ulas bawang putih (dikisar)</li><li>2 sudu besar udang kering (ditumbuk)</li><li>4 biji telur</li><li>2 sudu besar cili kisar</li><li>2 sudu besar sos cili</li><li>2 sudu besar sos tomato</li><li>2 sudu besar kicap manis</li><li>2 sudu besar sos tiram</li><li>Dada ayam (dipotong dadu)</li><li>50 gram lobak merah</li><li>100 gram sawi</li><li>Serbuk perasa/garam</li><li>Minyak untuk menggoreng</li></ul>



<p><strong>Cara-cara:</strong></p>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>Panaskan minyak dalam kuali kemudian tumiskan bahan-bahan yang telah dikisar dan udang kering sehingga naik bau.</li><li>Masukkan cili kisar, sos cili, sos tomato, kicap manis dan sos tiram kemudian tumis hingga pecah minyak.</li><li>Masukkan dada ayam dan pecahkan telur. Kemudian masukkan nasi impit, sayur sawi dan lobak merah.</li><li>Gaul semua bahan hingga sebati. Elakkan gaul terlalu lama supaya nasi impit tidak terlalu lembik.</li><li>Masukkan serbuk perasa atau garam secukup rasa.</li><li>Siap untuk dihidang. Boleh taburkan daun sup dan bawang goreng sebagai hiasan.</li></ol>

<p>Apabila tiba musim perayaan Tahun Baru Cina pasti ramai yang tak sabar nak beli Burger Prosperity McDonalds kan? Tapi takkan nak tunggu setahun sekali baru boleh makan. Apa kata anda buat sendiri sahaja, senang dan mudah.</p>



<p>Hari ini Miss Mynah nak kongsi dengan anda resepi mudah Burger Prosperity yang anda boleh buat bila-bila masa sahaja.<br><br><strong>Bahan-bahan:</strong><br>1. Roti gardenia<br>2. Daging Ramly<br>3. Bawang besar 1/2 potong dadu.<br>4. Bawang holland hiris nipis<br>5. Tepung gandum 2 sudu<br>6. Air 1 gelas<br>7. Lada hitam serbuk+tumbuk<br>8. Butter 2sb<br>9. Sos tiram 2sb<br>10. Kicap manis 1sb<br>11. Garam secukup rasa</p>



<p><br><strong>Cara-cara:</strong><br>* Mula-mula letak butter pada roti n goreng dulu kejap.<br>* Uli daging ramly dan bentukkan macam bentuk roti(refer gambar)<br>* Goreng daging dulu(cucuk-cucuk dengan garfu)</p>



<p><br><strong>Sos</strong><br>* Panaskan butter 2sb n masukkan tepung gandum, kacau smpai jadi perang.<br>* Kemudian masukkan air 1gelas dan kacau. Masukkan bawang besar potong dadu tadi, lada hitam 1sb, sos tiram, kicap dan garam. Masak sampai pekat mana anda nak.<br>* Celupkan daging yang dah goreng tadi, letak ats roti dan letak bawang yang dihiris tadi. Siap!</p>

Jadi hari ini Miss Mynah nak kongsi dengan anda resepi mudah untuk buat roti kegemaran anda itu dan makan sepuas-puasnya.</p>

<p><br><strong>Bahan A:</strong><br>1 Biji Telor<br>2 Sudu Besar Gula<br>2 Sudu Besar Yis@ 2 paket yis (11g)<br>300ml Air<br>(Masuk telor+air+gula+yis kacau sebati &amp; biar kembang berbuih-buih dalam 10 minit)<br><br><strong>Bahan B:</strong><br>500g Tepung High Protein@ Gandum<br>2 Sudu Besar Gula<br>1 Sudu Kecil Garam<br>1 Sudu Besar Marjerin<br>1/8 Sudu Kecil Improver(optional)<br>(Masuk semua Bahan B &amp; gaul kering biar sebati)<br><br><strong>Cara-cara:</strong><br>1. Masuk bahan B + bahan A sedikit-sedikit hingga sebati. Adunan memang sedikit lembik. Jangan risau nanti doh ok selepas sudah kembang. Biar sehingga 20 minit &amp; biar naik sekali ganda.<br><br>2. Doh sedia dirounding &amp; patenkan roti yang anda suka. Biar doh naik lagi &amp; bakar pada suhu 180&#8242; selama 20 minit.</p>
